Complaints handling

We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.

In the first instance it may be helpful to contact Ramin Hashemi on 01782 213015 as we can resolve the matter in a timely manner.

 

What to do if we cannot resolve your complaint

 

From 1st of July 2023 the way members of the public make a complaint about primary care services to the commissioner has changed. Rather than contacting NHS England, complaints will be made directly to the local integrated care board (ICB).
